1616 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 1616 platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by the 1616 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as any other related policy documents.
Use of the 1616 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of this platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in the country or region where you are located.
- You have not previously been suspended or banned from the 1616 platform or any related platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 1616 platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1616 platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their account terminated immediately.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. The 1616 platform will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Not attempting to access the systems, data, or accounts of other users without authorisation.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Not engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
- Complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to the use of online services and betting.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 1616 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly.
Accepted Payment Methods
The 1616 platform supports Malaysian local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX (Financial Process Exchange), TNG e-Wallet, and other methods listed on the platform. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at the platform's discretion.
Transaction Conditions
- Deposits may only be made into an account registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
- The 1616 platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.
- The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from delays in transaction processing caused by third parties.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1616 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1616 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1616 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 1616 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 1616.

Such links do not imply that 1616 endorses or is responsible for the content, products, or services offered by those third-party sites. Account Suspension, Termination & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
1616 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these terms and conditions or any related platform policy.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Conduct that compromises the security or integrity of the platform or other users.
- A request from the relevant authorities.
If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any credit balance in the account may be affected at the platform's discretion based on the nature of the violation.
Changes to Terms
1616 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
